As a result of the successful growth of our organization, we are now searching for a:
COMMUNITY MANAGER IT
You will be responsible for managing the IT industry community and act as a primary interface between key industry contacts including CEOs, Heads of Strategy and our organization to coordinate involvement in events, substantive interactions and engagement in task forces and initiatives. You will create and maintain account plans for our Partner Companies, designing and executing industry-related activities such as IT Industry Partnership modules and project meetings. You will assess Partner Companies’ current and future needs, identify and understand the issues that are most relevant to them, and help translate identified issues and priorities in meeting agendas, work streams and projects. You will help upgrade members to Industry Partners and Strategic Partners of our organization and establish and manage the link with business organizations and associations.
You will join the Forum as part of our Global Leadership Fellows Programme (www.weforum.org/glf). As such, you will be fully integrated in the World Economic Forum and benefit from an intensive work and learning experience intended to develop and train future leaders of global enterprises and international organizations. The Global Leadership Programme is designed by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with its worldwide network of distinguished experts and leaders.
We expect you to exhibit demonstrated leadership capabilities and to possess a broad intellectual background with a Master’s degree. You have 3-8 years of professional experience in the IT industry in an international environment. You are fluent in English and in at least one other European language.
